The organization continued carrying out HIV Community education throughout the period under review. Two (02) HCTs were carried out and attended by 432 people of whom 269 were females and the rest were males. 143 people of whom 91 were females were tested and given their results.
Only 13 tested HIV positive and they were referred to Nyimbwa Health centre for further assistance.
The HCT sessions helped people to know their status and those found to be negative were encouraged to continue being negative while those who tested HIV positive were counseled and they are receiving treatment.
